For any matters not resolved through the above dispute resolution process, you and jl568 submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while reflecting the original intent of the parties.
